	DnD = First In + Ctp + Hole Wins (1 pnt each).																				3
	Bonus = Metal on Drive (2 pnts), Metal on 2 (1 pnt), Dueces (2 pnts), Aces (5 pnts).																		CTP	→	xx	← First-In
	Hole wins are scored for low score on a hole, ties are carried over to the next non-tie win.
		Any unclaimed wins at the end of the round are awarded to the player with CTP on last hole.
	Metal on drive or second shot are scored for hitting the basket or above (the pole below the basket does not count).
	Ace (5 pnts)  includes Metal on drive, but not First in and CTP they are scored normally. If there are two aces…. Yeah right!!!
	Deuce (2 pnts) includes metal on second shot, but not First-in and CTP they are awarded normally.
